Q: Product Photos
When I make my gift pack purchase, will my product be exactly the same as in the photo?
A:
No, not necessarily - you will receive the listed items in the gift pack, but colours, patterns and designs of the individual item may differ according to fabrics and products sourced at the time. Please contact me to make any specific requests before the order is made, gift packs are sold as is according to this policy and I will not make exchanges due to wanting a different pattern or colour.

Do you ship to countries other than Australia?

No sorry not at this point in time.

Do you have a mailing list for email newsletters?
A:
Yes - you will find a NEWSLETTER SIGN UP link to the left of the page - please click on this to be directed to the mailing list sign up.
Subscribers to the mailing list will receive special offers and advance notice of sales.
We will only use your email addess to send our newsletter (approximately weekly), and will never share your details with anyone else.

Are those items labelled "Made By Monique" really made by you?
A:
Yes, I source top quality fabric and spend a lot of time designing a product to be great looking but practical as well, most products have been a development from making things when my sons were babies, and figuring out what worked best.
Q: Shipping and returns policy
What is your policy on shipping and returns?
A:
We pack your items with the utmost care and cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post.
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars.
We will accept returns on items that were sent due to error on our part or have a fault. We do not accept returns on items simply because you have changed your mind. We do not refund any shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.

Do you have a privacy policy?

We will never share your information with any other party, and will guard your privacy as we do our own. When you create an account with us your details are retained in our database. It is your responsibility to keep your log in details secure. These details are not used for any purpose other than the delivery of your orders.

How much does it cost to ship my purchase?

Within Australia:
One low flat rate of $7.95 per order, and free regular shipping on Finger Puppets.

Do prices include GST?

Yes all prices are in Australian dollars and include GST (excluding sunscreens which are GST free).

Your Cheeky Monkey does not warrant that a particular product is suitable for your needs or purposes. Products are not guaranteed to be available.

Designs and colors may vary from photos depicted, and colours can look different on different computers.

Can I nominate a different delivery address to send a gift directly to another recipient?

Yes, please ensure you select a different delivery address at checkout.
I am also happy to accommodate gift wrapping requests ie. if you buy 2 items I will gladly wrap them together for you.

Yes!
We are always on the hunt for new and unique products for babies & children, especially hand made.
If you make, design or produce products that you think could fit in with Your Cheeky Monkey, please contact us with all the details.
Q: Paying for orders.
How can I pay for my order?
A:
We accept Paypal or Direct Bank Deposit.
We are also happy to accept cheques or money orders, but please be aware that there will be a delay in shipping your order until funds are cleared in our bank account.
